• Completed and signed application form
• Essay sharing your calling, why you have chosen ministry, and why you need this scholarship.
• School transcripts for the last two years, showing cumulative grade point average GPA.
• A photograph for public relations purposes.
• Three references (download and email separately by the persons you ask).
