GENERAL CONFERENCE 2025: TEAM REPORT
The expected 4,000 delegates are reported to have been only 2,809 when the actual count was taken. The general publications indicated that 21 percent we re women. One report added an interesting statistic that among the delegates under age 30, 69 percent were women. IN MEMORIAM DAISY VALENZUELA OCONNOR
DECEMBER 4, 1966 - AUGUST 11, 2025 TEAM mourns the death of a true mother in Israel. She was struck by a car. The driver ran a red light, as she was crossing the street with her husband. She was the only one hurt. She was celebrating her husband’s birthday at a nearby resort. Shortly after arrival, they were walking downtown when the accident happened. She never awoke from the blow. Daisy Oconnor was a great mentor of the women studying Theology in the Cuban Seminary (SETAC).
